About me
I coach C-suite, executives, leaders, middle managers, first-time managers and early careers to help them flourish & thrive in their career.

As an executive coach, I help empower executives to gain clarity in their career direction, navigate career transitions, accelerations, transitions into new role or new organisations, returning to the workplace or navigating organisational changes.

I also coach on a wide range of work issues such as personal development, confidence building, improving work relationships, career progression and specific challenges.​​

I've been coaching for 10 years. My transition into career coaching started from line managing a large team of 30 direct reports in a healthcare sector back in Singapore. I worked in various industries before training as a coach - Consulting, Finance, Healthcare sectors. ​
My extensive experiences in top universities in the UK and Singapore - National University of Singapore (NUS), Business School, London School of Economics, Henley Business School and Oxford Saïd Business School, University of Oxford - along with my background in private sectors across Consulting, Finance and Healthcare sectors provides me with deep understanding of complex organisational dynamics and the unique pressure leaders and professionals face. My clients find success through job search process, secured senior executive roles, get promoted. They change jobs and careers and becoming better leaders.
​Having lived and worked in Asia and the UK, I bring with me a strong sense of cultural awareness that helps validate the experiences and perspectives of my clients in my coaching.
I enjoy working with leaders who are dynamic, curious and wish to be stretched to higher levels of thinking and performance.
